Employee Master

This page acts as a descriptive guide on how the HR user can Add new employees, and set the accurate details for them.

  1. Head to the employee list section.

  2. Click on "Add Employee" button.

  3. The HR user will be greeted with the Overview section, please ensure to fill the following in the overview section: First name, Date of Joining, Company, Designation, Branch.

  4. After successfully filling out the overview section, the HR User can move onto filling details for Address and Contacts. Please ensure the following details are filled: Personal Email, Company Email, Preferred contact email.

  5. After filling out the address and contacts section, the HR User can move onto filling details regarding an employees Attendance and Leaves. Please ensure the following details are filled: Holiday List, Default Shift, Leave approver.

  6. The HR user can fill out details regarding an employees Salary. Please ensure the following details are filled: Basic Salary, HRA, Other allowances | (Optional) Bank Name, Account number.

  7. Finally, kindly ensure to fill out Personal details, such as Passport and Visa Expiry, after that to activate the User for the mobile application, head back to Overview section and create the user.
